This is the Pete Sacket Homestead on the Mesa in approximately 1915. The cabin was later moved behind the main house at the Carl Sacket homestead (today the Gordon Ranch) to be used as a washhouse. Staci Konkel Eckhart says Grandma Brennis is holding her mom's skirt in this picture. She was born in 1916 so this picture was probably taken in 1918.
