As a young man, Henry Jones went to work for
Brock Livestock for
supposedly just two weeks. He ended up staying and working for Brock
Livestock until he retired.
Henry Jones was the 3rd generation of
Jones' to make their home on North Fork at Mayoworth. His grandparents,
Griffin and Charlotte Jones came to the area in 1888 from Wisconsin by
way of Nebraska. Today the 4th and 5th generations still live on North
Fork of the Powder River.
