Those people live again in print as intensely as when their images were captured on the old dry plates of sixty years ago...I am walking in their alleys, standing in their rooms and sheds and workshops, looking in and out of their windows. And they in turn seem to be aware of me.

A picture is worth a thousand words, it's said.  Sometimes the picture completes the story, and sometimes a picture is all there is to remember an event or a person.

And all too frequently, the picture comes out of a box, unlabeled... unidentified...

Curious why I've labeled this gallery is labeled "Box of Lost Souls"?  A brief, and I hope enjoyable, story will help you to understand why.  Click to read "The Lost."

Do you have pictures of people whose photos weren't marked and have since passed on?  Would you like some help in identifying those 'lost souls'?

This page is where we'll place all the unidentified Wyoming photographs.  If you have pictures you'd like to see displayed on this page where, perhaps, someone might help you identify it/them, please contact me.

NOTE:  The pictures on this page are not adoptable.  The submitters are simply looking for assistance in identifying their photos.  Once done, a submitter may elect to place it/them up for adoption.

Clicking on the thumbnail pictures will take you to a larger version.
