The Hot Springs Board of County Commissioners met in special session on Monday,
September 23, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room at the Government
Annex. Present were Commissioners Brad Basse and John Lumley. Also present was County Clerk Hans Odde and Administrative Assistant Penny Herdt. Approval of Agenda
John Lumley moved to approve the agenda. Chairman Basse dispensed with Roberts
Rules of Order so that business might be conducted in the absence of Commissioner
Baker and seconded the motion. Motion carried.Consider State Airport Grant THP-11-E Amendment
Clerk Odde presented Amendment 1 to State Project #THP-11E - Grant #3030 for the
Commissioners’ consideration. This amends the State’s share of FAA Grant AIP-04
which was approved on September 20, 2013 to a maximum amount of $725,778.00
John Lumley moved to approve Amendment #1 to WYDOT Aeronautics Grant THP-
11E-3030 increasing the amount of state funding to a maximum of $725,778.00. Brad
Basse seconded the motion. Motion carried.Adjourn
There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Lumley
moved to adjourn. Chairman Basse declared the meeting adjourned at 4:08 p.m.
