| The Hot Springs Board of County Commissioners met in special session on Monday,
January 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Room at the Government Annex. Present were Commissioners Brad Basse, John Lumley and Mike Baker. Also present were County Clerk Hans Odde and Administrative Assistant to the Commissioners Penny Herdt. Chairman Brad Basse called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Agenda approval was not necessary as the only item was an Executive Session to discuss land acquisition. John P. Lumley moved to enter Executive Session to discuss land acquisition at 10:05 a.m. Mike Baker seconded the motion. Motion carried. Those present for the Executive Session were Commissioners Basse, Lumley and Baker, Clerk Odde and Admin Herdt. Attorney Larry Jones joined the meeting by phone. John P. Lumley moved to leave Executive Session at 10:30 a.m. Mike Baker seconded the motion. Motion carried. No action was taken during Executive Session. Mike Baker moved to approve a letter to Joe Holden as drafted by GDA Engineers and edited by the Commissioners. John P. Lumley seconded the motion. Motion carried. There being no further business, John P. Lumley moved to adjourn. Mike Baker seconded the motion. Chairman Basse declared the meeting adjourned at 10:37 a.m. | ||
