| The Hot Springs County Board of Commissioners met in special session Thursday, September 16, 2010, at 8:00 a.m. in the Meeting Room at the Government Annex. Present were Commissioners John P. Lumley, Brad Basse and Mike Baker. Also present was County Clerk Hans Odde and Administrative Assistant to the Commissioners Penny Herdt. Chairman John P. Lumley led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance. Brad Basse moved to enter Executive Session for reasons of Personnel at 8:05 a.m. Mike Baker seconded the motion. Motion carried. Mike Baker moved to leave Executive Session at 8:50 a.m. Brad Basse seconded the motion. No action was taken during the Executive Session. Chairman Lumley will contact the State Attorney General’s office and the Wyoming DCI regarding citizen complaints about personnel issues. There being no further business before the Board at this time, Chairman Lumley adjourned the meeting at 8:52 a.m. | ||
