This book was created by the Rock River BiCentennial Committee
in 1976 to commemorate both the Nation's Bicentennial and the
75th anniversary of the town. Below is the table of contents. To
maintain consistency I included all the subjects covered, many of
them family histories. It is available at the University of
Wyoming.

This is a list of biographies that are found in I. S. Bartlett's History of Wyoming. The three volume set was published in 1918, and the last two volumes are exclusively biographies of "prominent" Wyoming figures. In this case, prominent meant those that had the ability to pay, so many different disciplines are represented in these volumes, from butchers to state legislators. I have tried to identify all of the people from Albany County that are present in the second volume for this list.

Men of Wyoming was published by C. S. Peterson Publishers of Denver in 1915. It is not truly a biographical work, since it includes only the bare essentials: where and when a person was born, information on education and the business they were in. All include about a 4 by 5 inch picture of each of the individuals.
